Terms of Service
Effective date: April 19, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the
Precision Track mobile application, the website at
precisiontrack.app, and related services (collectively, the
"Services") operated by Fort Union, LLC ("Fort Union," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
The Services are intended only for users who are at least 18 years old and who are located in the United States. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Services complies with applicable law.
2. Accounts and Authentication
You may need to create an account to use some or all of the Services. Accounts are currently authenticated using Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Services, or used the Services in a manner that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful.
3. License and Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Fort Union grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, internal, lawful use.
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in violation of any law, regulation, range policy, or third-party right.
- Access or attempt to access data, accounts, or systems without authorization.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the Services.
- Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from the Services except where prohibited by law from restricting that activity.
- Use the Services to transmit malicious code, fraudulent content, or unlawful material.
4. User Content
You may submit information and records through the Services, including range session logs, equipment details, round counts, notes, and related content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant Fort Union a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display User Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services. Precision Track does not currently offer public social sharing features, and your User Content is not intended for public posting through the Services at this time.
5. In-App Purchases
Precision Track may be offered free to download and may include optional in-app purchases. We use RevenueCat to help manage subscriptions, entitlements, and related purchase records. Purchases made through the iOS app are processed by Apple through the App Store, and purchases made through the Android app are processed by Google through Google Play, in each case under the applicable app store terms and billing policies, not by Fort Union directly.
Pricing, available purchase options, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund eligibility will be presented to you within the app or through the applicable app store at the time of purchase. Except where required by law or by the relevant store's policies, all charges are non-refundable once processed.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services, including their software, design, branding, text, graphics, trademarks, and other content provided by Fort Union, are owned by or licensed to Fort Union and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
7. Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or that they will operate without interruption or error.
8. Safety and Legal Compliance Disclaimer
Precision Track is a recordkeeping and analytics tool. The Services may include general safety reminders or informational content, but they are not a substitute for formal firearms safety training, legal advice, tactical instruction, emergency guidance, certification, or professional supervision. You remain solely responsible for the lawful, safe, and appropriate handling, storage, transport, and use of firearms and related equipment, as well as compliance with all applicable laws, range rules, and manufacturer instructions.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Fort Union disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fort Union, LLC and its affiliates, officers, owners, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Fort Union arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid to Fort Union for the Services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fort Union, LLC and its affiliates, officers, owners, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Services or others, or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice through the Services or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
